By contacting us, booking travel through us, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Capitch Travel provides personalized travel planning and booking assistance, with a primary focus on all-inclusive resort vacations and secondary support for cruise travel. All bookings made through Capitch Travel are processed through our host agency, the Avoya Travel Network, and are subject to the terms, cancellation policies, and conditions of the individual suppliers (resorts, cruise lines, airlines, insurers, and other travel providers) involved in your trip.
Advisory Role & Supplier Responsibility
Capitch Travel acts as a travel advisor and booking agent. We do not own, operate, or control the hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, or other third-party suppliers we book on your behalf. Final responsibility for the delivery of travel services rests with those suppliers, and your trip is subject to their individual terms of service, cancellation policies, and conditions of carriage or stay.
Payments & Cancellations
Deposit, payment, and cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be disclosed to you at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed, changes and cancellations are subject to the applicable supplier's policies, which may include non-refundable deposits or penalties. We recommend travel protection/insurance for every booking and can help you select a plan.
SMS & Communications Program
By providing your phone number to Capitch Travel, you consent to receive text messages related to your travel bookings, quotes, and customer service communications. Message frequency varies based on your travel plans and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-in: You may opt in by providing your number to us directly, submitting a form on our website, or replying to a message from us.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
